Update AI support in DigiTax Kenya API docs

Earlier in the year, 2025, we made an update silently that allowed you, while reading our docs, to send this to your favourite models for a quick overview or an interactive Q&A (see option 1 below). Now we've improved it!

AI to support your understanding of DigiTax

The screenshot below shows the sections in a page in our guide pages you'd expect to see the buttons "Ask AI".

The Options are:

1. Ask AI (That copies our docs as context for particular AI models: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
2. Ask AI (Inbuilt. You don't have to leave DigiTax docs)

Note: Both options are available on the Guides and API Reference pages.

Note: Only option 2 is available on the Changelog pages.

Using Ask AI that redirects you to specific AI models

Once you click "Ask AI" in option 1, you'll select a model out of the available ones, then you'll be redirected to the specific AI model's page.

The example below shows that if I click on ChatGPT, a prompt is prefilled to ask the model to get context about the page, then I can proceed to ask questions on the content thereafter.

Using the inbuilt Ask AI

Once you click "Ask AI" in option 2, a sidebar opens, and I can ask questions about the entire documentation library.

Also, the chat is stored on your browser so you can revisit your chat until your browser cache is lost.
